At Nomadic Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If your watch doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in unworn, original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Timepiece

  Carefully place the watch in its original luxury packaging, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of receipt.
